What is Milzie Warranty Policy?

At Milzie we offer FREE 1 year warranty for all our products. This means that if there are any factory defects that occurs within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Milzie will replace the product at no expense to our customers.
Please note this excludes damages caused by wear, hard handling or abuse of the product.
Any replacement product will be under the same warranty period as the original product.

How is My Mirror Delivered?

All our mirrors and lamps are tested before delivery.
Our products are packed in specially designed protection to prevent cracks.

What If My Mirror Arrives Defective?

In the highly unlikely event your mirror comes defective e.g. lights not working, cracked, please contact us and we'll send you a replacement pronto! You can reach us using the contact form, live chat or you can email us at support@milzie.com and our team will get back to you within a few hours.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

At Milzie, we guarantee that your mirror will arrive within 2-4 business days for metropolitan areas after we receive your order and within 7 business days for regional areas.
You will receive a tracking number via email within a day of completing your order.

What Is The Optimal Light When Applying Your Makeup?

All makeup artists agree – natural daylight is the best light when you apply your makeup. The brightness of daylight is 2,700 Kelvin, which is the light strength we have in our LED bulbs.
